An European leader in automotive equipment is looking for his Group Webmaster trainee or apprentice, based in Clamart (92).
Reporting to the Group Communications Director, the Webmaster will build and reinforce the Group reputation, optimising the quality and clarity of corporate messaging via digital tools and in line with e-reputation strategy.
MAIN MISSIONS AND DUTIES:
The Webmaster manages Group future internet website, intranet and social media.
He/She coordinates the development of the tools.
He coordinates with Communications Function (Press/Media & Editorial manager) to daily publish and relay contents.
• Publishes Internet news (PRs and press corner for external audiences)
• Publishes Intranet news (internal audiences)
• Publishes social media news (external audiences), creating active conversations and contents.
He/she works with communication, sales, marketing or advertising professionals concerning content posted, viewed or pulled from the website. They ensure that information posted on the website is credible, correct, and up to date. They also ensure that if the website allows the transfer of information from and to users that relevant stakeholders can access this information.
The responsibilities of a Website Manager include:
• Checking for consistency and quality.
• Advising team members of what is appearing on social media accounts.
• Implementing online marketing campaigns (general public contests, special topics).
• Preparing reports and KPIs.
• Monitoring servers, databases and other IT systems.
Profile required:
- University Degree bachelor of Arts in Communications, IT.
- 1 or 2 years of experience in e-reputation, blog, internet website or social media animation.
- Looking for geeks passionate for the job or daily “connected” missions, and positive mindset. Speed execution and strong sense of urgency requested.
- Strong capability to work multi-tasking, able to prioritize tasks and able to adapt according to urgent needs. Autonomous and creative.
- Taste and ability to work within a large international organization (including travel).
- Knowledge of the automotive sector and the industrial is ideal.
English/ French speaking.
