Les conventions collectives ou accords internes peuvent pr\u00e9voir des seuils diff\u00e9rents, mais chaque heure au-del\u00e0 de ce plafond doit \u00eatre r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9e avec une majoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenir un <strong>suivi pr\u00e9cis du temps de travail<\/strong> est essentiel pour le salari\u00e9 et pour l\u2019employeur afin de respecter la l\u00e9gislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quels sont les taux de majoration applicables<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires ne sont pas r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9es de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. La loi fixe des <strong>taux de majoration<\/strong> pour chaque tranche :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De la 36\u1d49 \u00e0 la 43\u1d49 heure : +25\u202f%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Au-del\u00e0 de la 43\u1d49 heure : +50\u202f%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines conventions collectives peuvent offrir des taux plus avantageux. Ces majorations permettent de valoriser le temps suppl\u00e9mentaire et d\u2019inciter \u00e0 la r\u00e9gularisation des horaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Peut-on obtenir du repos \u00e0 la place d\u2019argent ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration major\u00e9e, le salari\u00e9 peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une <strong>compensation en repos<\/strong> pour ses heures suppl\u00e9mentaires, selon les accords d\u2019entreprise.
