Contrairement au stress ponctuel, la charge mentale s\u2019installe de mani\u00e8re diffuse et permanente. Elle ne se voit pas toujours, mais ses cons\u00e9quences sont bien r\u00e9elles : fatigue, baisse de productivit\u00e9, d\u00e9motivation, voire burn-out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9fi n\u2019est donc plus seulement d\u2019optimiser son temps, mais surtout d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger son \u00e9quilibre mental face \u00e0 une surcharge cognitive croissante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reconna\u00eetre les signes d\u2019une charge mentale excessive<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de chercher \u00e0 la r\u00e9duire, encore faut-il savoir la d\u00e9tecter.
