Le d\u00e9fi devient encore plus d\u00e9licat lorsqu\u2019il faut <strong>recadrer un collaborateur senior<\/strong>, parfois plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9, plus \u00e2g\u00e9, ou en poste depuis longtemps dans l\u2019entreprise. La peur de perdre en cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9, de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des tensions ou de heurter une personne install\u00e9e peut freiner l\u2019action. Pourtant, \u00e9viter le sujet peut fragiliser l\u2019autorit\u00e9 manag\u00e9riale et nuire \u00e0 la performance collective. Recadrer un collaborateur senior exige donc un m\u00e9lange de tact, de pr\u00e9paration et de leadership assum\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi le recadrage d\u2019un senior peut sembler plus complexe&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un collaborateur senior apporte g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une <strong>expertise solide<\/strong>, une connaissance fine du m\u00e9tier et parfois un statut implicite de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aupr\u00e8s des coll\u00e8gues. La pr\u00e9paration passe par :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Clarifier les faits<\/strong> : distinguer ce qui rel\u00e8ve d\u2019une opinion personnelle et ce qui constitue un manquement concret (retards, non-respect d\u2019un process, comportement d\u00e9plac\u00e9, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mesurer les cons\u00e9quences<\/strong> : en quoi ce comportement impacte l\u2019\u00e9quipe, les clients, ou les objectifs ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Choisir le bon moment et le bon lieu<\/strong> : privil\u00e9gier un \u00e9change individuel, hors de toute pression collective.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette pr\u00e9paration permet d\u2019\u00e9viter un ton moralisateur et d\u2019ancrer la discussion sur des \u00e9l\u00e9ments objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Adopter une posture de leadership et non de confrontation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le recadrage ne doit jamais ressembler \u00e0 un affrontement g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnel.
