La malheureuse avait laiss\u00e9 sa page ouverte \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran de son ordinateur faisant apparaitre des propos haineux et insultant. Le tribunal a tranch\u00e9 : licenciement pour faute grave. Son crime ? L\u2019employ\u00e9e \u00e0 \u201cd\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment\u201d laiss\u00e9 sa page Facebook visible aux yeux de tous dans le magasin o\u00f9 elle exer\u00e7ait.<br \/>\nLe contenu comportant moult insultes et noms d\u2019oiseaux qu\u2019on vous \u00e9pargnera, lui permit d&rsquo;\u00eatre convoqu\u00e9e pour un entretien suivit d\u2019une mise \u00e0 pied se soldant par un licenciement pour d\u00e9nigrement et injure. Avec cette affaire, la Cour d\u2019appel vient confirmer le jugement des Prud\u2019Hommes stipulant que les propos de nature injurieuse\u00a0\u00e0 la\u00a0vue et la connaissance de tous constituent une faute grave pouvant conduire au licenciement.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">En laissant votre session ouverte au travail, vos messages ne sont plus confidentiels<\/h2>\n<div align=\"center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.e-works.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/fb-securit\u00e9.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4350\" src=\"https:\/\/www.e-works.fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/fb-securit\u00e9.jpg\" alt=\"Fb-securite\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Retenez bien cette le\u00e7on : laisser sa session Facebook ouverte au bureau, peut entra\u00eener la perte du caract\u00e8re priv\u00e9 de vos conversations.
