Il est \u00e0 la base de chaque projet et est l’interm\u00e9diaire privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 dans les \u00e9tapes d’\u00e9tude, de conception et de cr\u00e9ation d’un projet. V\u00e9ritable chef d’orchestre, il cr\u00e9e le lien entre tous les services et est responsable de la bonne marche du projet.<\/p>\n

Dans quelle entreprise travaille le chef de projet ?<\/span><\/h2>\n

SSII (soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de services en ing\u00e9nierie informatique), cabinet de conseils, agences web ou chez l’annonceur, le choix est vaste.\u00a0Son m\u00e9tier peut s’effectuer dans \u00e0 peu toutes les arcanes du secteur du web.
\nEn fonction du type d’entreprise, il peut \u00eatre rattach\u00e9 \u00e0 la Direction Marketing, Communication, Commerciale, Recherche et D\u00e9veloppement ou bien Informatique.<\/p>\n

Les objectifs du chef de projet :<\/span><\/h2>\n

Il g\u00e8re l’ensemble du projet en coordonnant le travail des personnes qui prennent part au projet. Graphiste, Chef de Produits e-commerce, Webmaster, R\u00e9dacteur…C’est lui qui d\u00e9termine le r\u00f4le de chacun en coordonnant le travail d’\u00e9quipe.<\/p>\n

Il est \u00e9galement en contact avec les diff\u00e9rentes structures externes \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 comme les prestataires.
\nIl g\u00e8re les relations avec la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019\u0153uvre, r\u00e9dige le cahier des charges, essentiel \u00e0 la bonne marche du projet et compose un r\u00e9tro-planning tout en respectant le budget \u00e9tablit au pr\u00e9alable.\u00a0A la fin du projet, c’est lui qui teste les diff\u00e9rentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s du site et proc\u00e8de au d\u00e9ploiement.<\/p>\n

Les comp\u00e9tences requises :<\/span><\/h2>\n

V\u00e9ritable expert technique, il doit, en outre \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9 sur les questions commerciales, marketing et \u00e9ditoriales.<\/p>\n

De plus, il sait preuve de diplomatie et d’ouverture d’esprit pour pouvoir naviguer sereinement et efficacement au sein des diff\u00e9rents groupes de m\u00e9tiers qui travaillent sur le projet.<\/p>\n

Afin de palier \u00e0 d’\u00e9ventuels contre-temps, il est pourvu d’un excellent sens relationnel et sa pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance est essentielle.<\/p>\n

De niveau cadre, son salaire moyen est de 49000\u20ac \/bruts par an.
\nLa fourchette classique \u00e9tant de 3333\u20ac \u00e0 5417\u20ac \/bruts par mois.<\/p>\n

Quelle formation pour devenir chef de projet ?<\/span><\/h2>\n

Outre une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle probante de plusieurs ann\u00e9es dans le domaine du web, il existe de nombreuses formations, de niveau bac +2 \u00e0 niveau bac +5 pour vous pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 ce nouveau m\u00e9tier :<\/p>\n
