Responsable Projet IT / Digital (H/F) - Luxembourg Stock Exchange

Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) is the world's leader for the listing of international securities offering a unique full service throughout listing, trading and reporting services. In 2016, LuxSE launched the Luxembourg Green Exchange platform (LGX), a multiple award winning initiative, supporting issuers market their green securities by generating awareness about their green projects.


The Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) is looking for a Project Manager – IT and Digital Sector (m/f)

As Project Manager – IT and Digital Sector, you will be part of Digital Business Solutions line and direct report to the CIO. You will be in charge of managing a team of around 10 persons (internal and external – number depending on the project protfolio) responsible to support and maintain the new and innovative products for the Stock Exhange. This includes Luxembourg Green Exchange products, Market data, Business intelligence and DLT solutions.

You will closely work with the CIO to roll-out the IT strategy.

This position requires effective IT and business knowledge and understanding with excellent organisation, communication, and people management skills.

You will play a key role to ensure the proper level of service and projects delivery as well as adding maximum value to LuxSE processes and services to facilitate the success of our business.

Your responsibilities include :
- be part of the Digital Business Solution management team
- manage your team by organizing the resource allocation
- deal with priorities evolutions
- handle the budget in relation with the team scope
- ensure a proper alignment with the internal policy and procedure
- manage technical roadmap of the supported solutions and quality/security KPI
- leading and motivating your team, as well as managing the team’s appraisal and objectives
- maintaining quality by enforcing organization standards
- propose innovative way of working and improving processes
- identifying and managing risks to ensure proper service delivery
- implement changes throughout the processes
- reporting to the CIO and manage relationship with the business stakeholders
- participation in the preparation of the LuxSE Project Portfolio
- stay tuned on cutting edge technology (cloud, DLT…) and be a force of proposal for added value application in the context of the Stock Exchange

Key skills :
- Master’s degree in computer science
- Ideally 10+ years of experience in IT team and project management in a capital market/financial services environment, using an agile methodology, delivering complex projects, and maintaining a high level of service
- Excellent organisation skills to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines
- Capacity to monitor and control budgets
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead your project team
- Strong analytical, comprehension & problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Good negotiation skills to manage expectations
- Methodologies: Scrum/Kanban, DevOps and ITIL
- Fluent in French and English

Technical environment
- Agile methodology (JIRA) using collaborative tools sharepoint/teams
- BPMN format, Flowable Workflow
- Enterprise architecture based on Webservices, Microservices,
- Databases: Ms SQL Server, MongoDb
- Programming languages: JAVA, and ReactJS
- DevOps: Continuous Integration, delivery and monitoring Tools ( Jira, Jenkins, Maven, Sonar, AKS, Microsoft Azure Devops ...)
