The Digital Account Executive will plan, buy, and execute media plans across Europe for one of the largest Global brands in the service and technology sector. The Digital Account Executive will work closely with other members of the regional team to execute campaigns as well as work directly with World Wide counterparts and local counterparts across all of the major European countries.

The Account Executive is the day to day contact for the specialist teams within the agency (ie: programmatic and search) as well as the creative account team. The Account Executive will also be the main point of contact for the media vendors involved on any campaign to ensure smooth and successful campaign execution, optimization, and reporting. 

#Campaign Planning:
  • Attend briefing calls and work with the Account Manager to develop media strategies and brief vendors
  • Work with the media vendors to develop detailed media plans based on the media recommendation
  • Liaison with experts within the agency including programmatic, search, and creative account team
  • Ensure all specifications are communicated to the creative account team
  • Manage all assets for the campaign
  • Ensure all briefing guidelines are communicated to the search and programmatic teams
  • Manage trafficking with the ad operations team and campaign set up
  • Manage campaign tracking and reporting on a bi-weekly or monthly basis
  • Fully manage the financial process including creation of cost estimates for client approval, entering campaigns into the financial system, and checking invoices for approval
  • Respond to client emails as necessary
  • Present campaign reporting when required
  • Own the details of the media plans

#Coordination:
  • Communicate with the World Wide and Local teams in the beginning of the campaign planning process to ensure regional campaign plans do not overlap with World Wide or Local campaign plans

  • Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
  • Interested in B2B and digital landscape
  • Independent thinker and able to work autonomously
  • Analytical mindset and interested in data driven media planning
  • Able to develop strong working relationships with internal peers at WW, regional and local levels
  • Ability to work in partnership with account creative, programmatic, search, and ad operations professionals
  • 1-3 years of experience in media preferred
  • Good knowledge of excel
