Mhikes is a public and free GPS application that enables users to be guided all along their outdoor activities (hikes and cycle path, mountain bike, trails and more…) Today, more than 3000 guided experiences are available on Mhikes app to discover mountains, countryside, city centers… Our core business? A precise guidance and the mobile mapping. Together with Mhikes our public and free app, a B2B side has grown. We develop mobile solutions dedicated to tourism and travel stakeholder’s needs ranging from the generic to the white branded app. We particularly work with Tour-operators, Tourist Offices, Holidays Club and villages…
Mhikes technology has grown a lot during the past 6 years. Our company became the French leader in mobile solutions for adventure tour-operators, and holidays Club, and French tourist offices. (Terres d’Aventure, Allibert Trekking, Nomade Aventure, Altaï, Club Med, Azureva, Kappa Club)
This year, we are developing and launching an ambitious project to develop and promote a new BtoC Outdoor Experiences Plateform (mobile & web).
Our ambition: To become a reference regarding application for outdoor guided activities (hikes, cycles, trails..) and The platform to promote new outdoor and nature experiences.

About your Role

The Traffic Acquisition Manager’s goal will be to grow and develop the audience of the new outdoor platform by using paid traffic sources. This is a hands-on role; you will be actively creating and managing campaigns and determining what tests we should run.

What you’ll be doing

We have an extensive, ever-growing library of premium content. You will curate content that you think will work well on different paid media channels.
Who’s A Great Fit For This Role?
• Advanced or expert user of Excel and Google Sheets
• You’re a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• You’re a problem solver who can take ownership of complex projects
• You are able to write ad copy and do some basic image editing when required to create campaigns.
• You have a proven track record of growth and driving scale
• You have 3+ years’ experience with:
o Facebook advertising
o Google analytics
• You have used more than one of these paid channels
o Paid Social: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter
o Paid Search: Google Ads, Bing Ads,
o Native / Content Recommandation

Digital Traffic Acquisition & Audience Growth Strategy

Put into effect and expand our traffic acquisition strategies in France and Europe via paid and organic strategies.
• Manage traffic acquisition campaigns.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies in close collaboration with all relevant teams.
• Identify and evaluate emerging audience growth technologies and services using market knowledge.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (audience growth, ROI) and assess against goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role with strong knowledge of traffic acquisition campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Strong expertise of ASO, SEO and SEM and ideally of e-business.
• You are a real leader with a relationship and probusiness nature to assist the growth and development of the company across Europe.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Ability to work in an international environment and across multiple departments (Legal, IT, finance, support…)
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to multi-task
• Great computer skills (Microsoft Office with High level of familiarity with Excel and Power Point, Tableau Software, Amplitude, social media)
• Fluent in English

Practical Information

• Full time contract (French CDI)
• To start as soon as possible
• Salary: depending on your experience 40 000 – 45 0000 K€ annual gross + employee package.
• Flexible working-hours, remote desktop
• Mhikes is located near to Grenoble: 17 chemin des Prés 38240 Meylan. On Inovallée Campus.
