Regarding the Industrial Market Development you are responsible for the Development of the regional growth strategy in coordination with the Service Division Team and regional management based on local market situations

This also means negotiation with regional / local management of the growth scenarios / tactics (incl. organic and inorganic scenarios), through a common and committed understanding of the growth plans

You implement local projects according to the negotiated tactic (incl. monitored KPI's on a monthly basis)

And ensure a continuous review and optimization of the regional / local growth plans, as well as a structured feedback to the SD management team on local market opportunities in order to support service development initiatives

Your task is also project management (budgeted time / cost/ scope) of the Service Division projects to the regions in order to reach the regional growth targets

A close collaboration with Service Division colleagues, across Service Division teams, corporate departments and
regional project teams is also your task

The position can be located in Germany, France and in Sweden.
