Hotel Content Manager (H/F) - Hosco

You'll be responsible for designing and implementing the Hotel Content Strategy and Roadmap in close coordination with internal stakeholders, both centrally and locally, in order to boost hotel user satisfaction, customer experience and ecommerce performances.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage the Hotel Content Touchpoints from an editorial and content point of view

- Animate the Hotel Content global Partners in terms of imagery, video and messaging

- Support global and regional projects based centered around hotel content

- Accompany the Digital Factory teams responsible for managing both content experience and content management touchpoints by defining and sharing continuous improvements requirements and recommendations

- Define the end vision in terms of Hotel Content Experience and Management

- Share continuous competitive benchmarking analysis

- Design and continuously improve the Data-driven Hotel Content Performance dashboarding suite

- Report on a regular basis on the Hotel Content overall performance (engagement and business)

- Coordinate with central as well as local stakeholders in order to define strategic requirements and ensure operational roll-out of new capabilities and features

- Identify innovative new solutions able to boost Hotel Content engagement and overall business performance

- Co-lead the Hotel Content Guild with Digital Factory partners, in order to ensure a global coordination of the Hotel Content Roadmap in terms of design and roll-out

Your background

Bachelor's degree in digital marketing & ecommerce

4/5 years experience in a similar role

Knowledgeable in SEO best practices

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in CMS, DAM and PIM management

Strong leadership qualities
