Responsable Marketing Automation (H/F) - Meteojob

Rolling out in countries Marketing Automation Tool (Eloqua) and related tools and documentation, with support of the IT Teams

Responsible & accountable for the marketing automation tool roadmap

Working closely with the OmniChannel Campaign Manager on the implementation of the campaigns & tool evolution (feasibility, ROI, KPIs, etc)

Assume PO role for Marketing Automation tool version to be rolled-out
* Actively participate to deployment in subs, in coordination with OmniChannel Campaign Manager.
* Document product features and usage by adapting playbook based on subs feedback.
* Animate workshops for product configuration in coordination with tool administrator.
* Assist subs in skill acquisition and training needs identification.

Responsible for the Marketing Automation Tool roadmap
* Present product features and collect sub requirements.
* Run gap analysis and propose product adaptation when required.
* Ensure training are conducted on new features.
* Configuration follow-up and testing in coordination with sub users.
* Produce a monthly analysis on tool usage, campaigns implemented, & learnings / challenges, to be shared at Group level & with subs.

Occasional visits to subs in Europe if needed.

- Experience of using a CRM and Marketing Automation Tools effectively
- E-marketing and digital culture & curiosity: familiar with web analytics tools, SEO/SEA, digital and engagement tactics…
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
