As part of the Communication Department, in the External Communication team headed by C.Thouvard, and reporting to the Social Media & Influence team, the Social Media Manager's objective is to contribute to the deployment of the Accor Group's corporate social media strategy.

Missions:

* Develop the Group's visibility and leadership on social media, in line with the strategic topics defined by the external communication department (Employer Brand, D&I, CSR, Brands, Wellness, Digital, Development etc.). Progressive contribution to preserve Accor's reputation on social media

* Support the team in the creation and deployment of Corporate Influence campaigns

* Coordinate and implement, with the different internal stakeholders, the Group's approach to Employees Advocacy

- Project management & animation of Accor's Employee advocacy program on Sociable

- Daily Content curation to feed our platform

- Build / Develop the Social Media presence of Accor ambassadors

* Coordination of 360° projects in conjunction with other external communication departments.

Scope: Global, position based in Paris.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT MISSIONS:

Implementation of the Accor corporate social media editorial strategy

* Identification of topics to be relayed according to the different channels and audiences

* Analysis of new uses and/or emerging media.

* Establish the necessary recommendations to promote the visibility of each news item

Supervision of the agency and contribution to the editorial calendar and moderation in line with the Group's news and strategic priorities

* Search for Social Media activation opportunities to promote the Group's news on key topics (Employer Brand, D&I, CSR, Brands, Wellness, Digital etc.)

* Moderation of all our Social Media platforms, with the operational support of our agency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: BAC+5 level

Required skills:

- Adaptability: countries, languages, companies and roles
- Proven analytical skills in social networks
- Quick mastery & technical knowledge of digital tools
- Strong interpersonal & teamwork skills
- Good coordination and project management skills
- Reactivity, proactivity and agility
- Bilingual English and French
