As the global social media manager of Sephora Collection, you will be in charge of our different accounts: IG, TikTok, Pinterest & Snapchat and you will have to deploy the most relevant strategy according to each platform's specificities. Social media platforms are no secret to you, you operate them on a daily basis.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

1/ Social Media Management

* Define our editorial calendar taking into account our launches, business priorities, trends…
* Animate our communities by offering them engaging, innovative and fun content, yet adapted to algorithms evolutions
* All year long make sure to optimize our editorial line and guarantee its coherence
* Build an action plan to recruit, grow our communities and engage them
* Think of new partnerships, contests and other methods aiming to improve our brand awareness and increase our community
* Define the KPIs to monitor and targets to pursue
* Build reportings to follow-up our performance MoM and to share it with top management
* Based on those analysis and on the insights, adjust & optimize our social media strategy
* Manage the day-to-day of our accounts: posting, captions copywriting & community management

2/ Content creation

* Define the brand's social media content strategy & asset needs for all animations, being responsible for the brief preparation to agencies and internal creative/production teams
* Collaborate with the key partners to identify out-of-the-box social media tools and experiences, to offer a differentiated experience VS competitors, always having in mind to serve an omnichannel customer path
* Work hand in hand with the influencer manager, to define all influencer content briefs
* Participate to internal events in order to guarantee content creation related to those events
* Strong & active follow-up on trends, you will know everything about the last trendy #, makeup hack or skincare ingredient

3/ Global position

* Co-build our 360 toolboxes shared with countries for each product launch by providing countries with clear activation guidelines for their own social local accounts. Guidelines to be adapted to each product specificity and creative concept
* Follow-up our share of voice MoM
* Recommend countries the formats and assets to use on their paid social media campaigns to push the brand
* Set up regular calls with our regional partners to share our plans and available assets, to make sure that they are onboard and aligned to push Sephora Collection within their own editorial calendar.
* Optimize our ways of working with regions in order to guarantee great brand visibility

In this role you will work closely with different teams (marketing, digital, creative, catman…)

* Strong passion for the beauty industry
* Passionate about social media, it is more than a job for you
* 5 years' experience in the field
* Proficient in both French & English (spoken and written)
